射出機之故障與排除 Failure and Resolution of Injection Molding Machine Issues

射出機發生之故障，大部分可先由操作者自行初步處理，只要能正確的判斷故障原因、故障部位及處理方法，維修上就不會發生太大的困難。射出機大致可分為3個大體：機體、油壓、電器3個方面。如能正確判斷出電器或油壓故障之情形，那麼維修就能快且有效。 今天就先跟大家從電機馬達及油壓泵浦的問題開始。 The problems found in injection molding machines, can most of the time be solved by the operator. It is easy to repair the machine if you know how to find out the problems and solve them. Injection molding machines can be divided into 3 areas: Mechanism, Hydraulics and Electrics.
